I forgot to mention, Arsenal won the FA Cup this season, hence why they were entered into the Cup Winners Cup.

We also won the League Cup that season. Both finals were against Sheffield Wednesday.

And we went on to win the Cup Winners Cup the following season. We beat a very good Parma team in the final.
