Manage an Existing Reservation

If you already have a hotel reservation booked, please contact your hotel directly to make any changes to your reservation. Click here for hotel listings.

Note: Your hotel reservation has been transferred to your hotel and they are inputting your information into their system. If you need to make changes, please call your hotel after September 1, 2016, to be sure that they have completed this process and have your details on file.

Please be aware of scams where you may be contacted about booking your hotel room for the conference. The JavaOne housing team will not contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations; you are responsible for booking your own reservations. The only time the JavaOne housing team will proactively reach out to you is to announce that the booking system is live and/or to provide you with your final hotel confirmation details. The housing team can only assure room availability or rates for rooms booked during online registration or by direct contact with the JavaOne customer service team. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.

If you have questions regarding the hotel booking and cancellation policies, view the Attendee Housing FAQ (PDF).

    BART Sustainable Airport Transportation

Oracle highly recommends taking BART from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK). You can reduce your carbon footprint by taking BART and help Oracle achieve its Green Meeting sustainability goals for Oracle OpenWorld and JavaOne in 2016. Taking BART's fast, easy service from SFO, OAK, or Millbrae will keep 20.4 pounds of carbon out of the air per passenger roundtrip. Our BART goal this year is 35,000 pounds in reductions.

BART SFO to San Francisco Service

BART is the fast, easy, inexpensive way to get from SFO to any of four downtown San Francisco stations. Taking BART is also much cheaper and often faster than shuttles, Uber, or Lyft and $70 less then roundtrip taxi rides. Our private Oracle OpenWorld and JavaOne BART booking site is a convenient way to purchase roundtrip ($20) tickets from SFO to downtown San Francisco hotels. Get your BART roundtrip ticket/vouchers here to save time and avoid lines at the SFO station. Vouchers must be exchanged for your BART ticket at our SFO Information/Voucher desk located in International Terminal G, at the SFO Information Desk, just down the hall from SFO BART station entrance.

BART Millbrae to San Francisco Shuttle Service

This ticket is for three roundtrip BART rides from the Millbrae station to any downtown San Francisco station. The cost for this roundtrip voucher/ticket is $28.00. The round trip fare from Millbrae to San Francisco is $9.30. Single tickets can be purchased at the station. For a fast, easy ride to Oracle OpenWorld/JavaOne, take the complimentary Oracle shuttle from your San Mateo/SFO-area hotel to Millbrae BART. Please be sure to exchange the voucher for your BART ticket at SFO before going to your hotel. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the stations.

New BART OAK (Oakland International Airport) to San Francisco Service

If you are arriving/departing at OAK, you’ll enjoy our new train service from OAK to San Francisco via the Coliseum station. Just board the train at the OAK airport station for the 8 minute ride to the Coliseum BART station. When you arrive, purchase a round trip ticket ($20.40), exit the station, go down to the train platform and catch the next San Francisco train. Trains arrive/depart from OAK every 5 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily The trip from OAK to San Francisco generally takes 45 minutes. Advanced purchase is not available for OAK passengers.
