Isaac Torres is the Founder, President, and CEO of Inter Cambio Express, a multi-million dollar international money transfer company based in Elkhart, Indiana. Isaac earned his MBA at IU South Bend but that is not the end of the story. The business plan he developed as a student became his company. He is one of three alumni featured in our latest television commercial.

Study Abroad Opportunities

The study abroad program at IU South Bend continues to grow, with 11 trips now being offered for 2018. From learning about health promotion and disease prevention in Belize to studying sustainability practices in Iceland, there are opportunities available for IU South Bend students of all majors, budgets, and time constraints to enrich their lives while earning course credit well outside the confines of the classroom.

Research Gets National Attention

IU South Bend Associate Professor of Anthropology and Social Informatics Josh Wells has been quoted in national publications in stories about his latest research. A study led by Wells shows that if sea levels continue to rise at their current trends, 13,000 archeological sites in the Southeastern United States will be submerged by the end of the century.
