What is included in my 7 day free trial?
All subscription packages start with a 7 day free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your trial at any time by visiting the profile page from your dashboard. After your free trial ends, we will process your credit card and your subscription will begin. If you cancel your account or stop auto-renewal before the 7 day trial expires, your credit card will not be charged. Pay-as-you-go accounts do not start with a free trial.
Will my rate change?
As long as your account remains in good standing with us, your rate will never change from the day you sign up until the day you unsubscribe. We add new products and features regularly, though, so our prices will increase over time. If you discontinue your service and sign up again later, you may pay a higher rate.
Does my account auto-renew?
Yes. When your free trial ends, you'll be charged based on the plan and term you selected. You will then be charged at the end of each term until you cancel your subscription. You can opt-out of auto renewal at any time. If you opt-out, your subscription will expire at the end of the current term.
How do I unsubscribe?
There are no long-term contracts or obligations when using our system. Cancel your subscription at any time and receive a prorated refund based on your usage. You can also turn off auto-renew, and use our services until the end of your current payment period. We'll keep your data safe in case you come back.
Does Email on Acid accept purchase orders?
Email on Acid can provide an invoice and allow payment via check (US and Canada only) or bank transfer on all 1 year subscription plans.
How do pay-as-you-go credits work?
Each credit allows you to run a single email test in any number of clients. You can use these credits any time, as the need arises. Credit purchases can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase of your credits, provided that you have not used any credits. Credits expire after one year. Pay-as-you-go accounts do not start with a free trial.
