    A biggie was people wanting to cycle but being told by colleagues, “it’s dangerous, don’t do it”, and people who use bikes being told they are “brave” - peer pressure seems to be quite some deterrent, one that I hadn’t considered before.

    The Team London Bridge velomobile! We had a great session collecting public comments about cycling. Infra is not the only solution... so is cycle training, bike parking, affordable bikes, more cycle hire...

    Good morning Tweeps. I’m looking for photo examples (preferably UK) of busy footway crossovers used by HGVs (eg entrance to a depot) that are accessed by a steep ramp, leaving a flat footway/cycleway surface accessible for wheelchairs. This Dutch example is the sort of thing:

    Completely support this campaign. Yes, why should the Highland of Scotland be treated like a distant branch-line outpost when it has so much potential? The trip is beautiful but not a business proposition, nor is it competitive with air or even road travel.
