It’s ironic that, whilst many in @AustralianLabor and @Greens blame outside forces for their loss, @A_Sinodinos tells the victorious @LiberalAus to learn from those who voted against them. Democracy sent Labor a message, they owe it to their supporters to listen.

Like it or not, more people wanted LNP. In response the Left have called Aussies: greedy, complacent, dumb, self interested, manipulated, and more. To know why the Left lost, look no further than their disdain for the electorate. The next leader needs to be more inclusive.

Last night we learned that even when you have some good policies (like climate action) AND the people seemingly want change, you can still lose an election if you’ve made a large portion of the electorate feel disrespected or threatened.

I tend to prefer the major parties but if I hadn’t have pre-voted I would have skipped Victoria’s first positioned Liberal and given him a miss. Seems like a horrible person. Why can’t more politicians just be normal, nice human beings?!!

So the @secularparty doesn’t have any country in its formal policy - except Israel. No theocracy, just a liberal democracy. And it’s position? Eradicate the Jewish State. They should change their name to Hamas.

On Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel Independence Day, we should remind ourselves that the @Greens have too many candidates that openly supported anti-Israel and anti-Jewish programs like BDS. They have a real cultural anti-Semitism problem and like UK Labor refuse to address it.
