    As part of a cooking class last night at ⁦⁩ we made these lovely quick soufganiyot (doughnuts) with cherry and red wine sauce. They take less than 10 min to make and are so delicious!

    The best trick in the Jewish book - make kreplach (Jewish Ashkenazi dumplings filled with chopped liver) using dumpling dough. It’s delicate and so easy to use. Also, you can find a variety of kosher dumpling wrappers in the big Asian supermarkets, like H-Mart.
