    Completely agree! Last year I really let my self care drop off and my work life balance wasn’t in a great place (the scales showed me that too!). That’s one of my main goals this year!

    A6: close your email - limit distractions. Wunderlist add-in helps me organise follow up replies/convos, ♥️ OneNote, Google Keep app is handy also
