    Our panel on Israel now. Often, Jewish communities find that councils are partisan in their treatment of issues in the Middle East. Councils should be working to bring communities together, not importing the division here in the UK.

    I then attended the funeral of the late Yeheskel Kojaman, who died at the age of 98. He was an icon of the Iraqi Jewish community.

    I have just listened to the most phenomenal story of love, courage, bravery + humanity by retelling his escape + return to + experiences with the community. Something I'll never forget. Thank you !
