I’m so struck by how MLK’s final speech sounds like he knew it was his last.

I have been adamantly pro-choice for a long time. It was not until I became pregnant, something I deeply wanted and jumped through a zillion hoops for, that I understood how insulting and terrifying and hateful it is for people to value my fetus’s life above my own.

From playbook this Am.. we’ve been struck by how MBS has been treated in the us. He imprisoned a large swath of Saudi society. His country is constantly criticized for human rights abuses. Women are akin to second-class citizens. He’s an autocrat. And he gets big groups in LA, NY

I once got in trouble at TIME for pointing out Hillary Clinton's basic racism when it came to Palestinian lives. I wasn't wrong, but my saying it made my bosses uncomfortable

What's fascinating about these photos is the extended earth-brown land mass can be seen to resemble an empty sea, which would make the Palestinians modern-day Israelites attempting to flee to freedom while pursued by dictators and taskmasters. Happy Passover!

I'd say Happy Passover, but our snipers and tanks are currently sitting behind super-secure border fences, using live fire to cut down unarmed demonstrators trying to walk out of bondage.

After reading this, one has to wonder if the Republicans in Oklahoma want the teachers to strike so the GOP can close all the public schools to privatize education. Why else would lawmakers starve that sector, offering poverty wages?
