Places so powerful that they leave you awestruck. I’m happy Summer is in full swing and I’ve got some exciting adventures planned. I’m also loving this mixed weather we’ve been having in the PNW, it’s great for hiking and keeping the wildfires away!

Making it up to the alpine hut just in time to watch the sun set over the mountains in the distance. We had the hut to ourselves the first night... or so we thought. I woke up the next morning to a well fed rat chewing it’s way through a dry bag full of …

Taking in a stormy sunset on one of my favourite little hikes just outside of Squamish. The view over Howe Sound is beautiful, it’s rare to get a view like this without having to summit a mountain because of how thick the forests are here on the coas…

Probably some of the wildest light I’ve ever set eyes on. For a good hour this forest was dark and spooky, the perfect set for a horror movie. Then the sun crested the ridge and transformed the forest into a fairytale! ✨🍄

Nachi Falls is one of the most beautiful places I visited in Japan on my last trip. At 133 meters high, it’s the highest uninterrupted waterfall in the country. The shrine here is said to be inhabited by a Shinto spirit 🇯🇵 ⛩
