Can I upload unlimited photos? Really?
Yes! Truly! We’re not kidding! We want you to be able to share and archive each and every photo. From cute cat photos to epic globetrotting landscapes, we want them all—not just your ten best. So if you have 1,000 or 1,000,000 (or more), we double-dog dare you to upload everything you’ve got.
Can I order prints from my photos?
A resounding “YES!” on that one. You can order prints and even photo gifts with any account level. We know there are times when you want to frame a special moment or give a personalized coffee cup, so we gave everyone the power to do it.
Can I change my mind and upgrade later?
You bet! You can change your account level at any time. We’re as flexible as one of those Cirque du Soleil contortionists, so if you discover at a later date that you’d like more features, we’ll be happy to bump you up to the next plan.
If I no longer want my account, can I cancel easily?
Yes, of course! We’ll miss you and your fantastic photos, but we’re not like a fancy gym or a record club (you remember record clubs) with strict membership rules or crazy cancellation policies. We like to keep things easy-breezy, so you can cancel any time with the just the click of a button. And hopefully we’ll see you back soon.
