SKRILL (FORMELY MONEYBOOKERS) - AN ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Online payment systems allow translation companies to do business worldwide with customers they have never met before. PayPal is the world leader and we have used it for many years but recently we had a new translator that only used Skrill – Moneybookers .

Simply trying to load the Skrill - Moneybookers account with $110.00 has turned into an ordeal requiring six emails in which these clowns made an escalating set of demands about documentation, each time granting only 48 hours to reply before closing the case. Here’s the last email on a Sunday morning.

Yes, big G needs to work a bit on customer service.
I can't say I have had a bad experience (replacing nexus etc) but I always thought a more personal touch would be better received.
