Next week will see thousands of people arrive in Katowice, #Poland, for the 24th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on #ClimateChange, otherwise known as #COP24. Taking place between December 2 and 14, a lot is riding on the summit.

The Paris Agreement, reached at #COP21 in 2015, will loom large over events at Katowice. According to the United Nations, COP24 is important because this year marks the deadline agreed by signatories of the Paris Agreement to adopt a "work program for the implementation" of the commitments they made in 2015. Other commitments made in Paris include increasing financing for climate action and the development of 'national climate plans' by 2020.

The Paris Accord: COP21 | International Space Station
ESA Astronaut Thomas Pesquet of France: "I took the Paris Agreement to the International Space Station: Seen from space, climate change is very real. Some could probably use the view" #MakeOurPlanetGreatAgain

"J’avais emporté #ParisAgreement – depuis l’espace, on voit le réchauffement climatique, n’en déplaise à certains" #MakeOurPlanetGreatAgain

The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 21 or CMP 11, was held in Paris, France, from November 30 to December 12, 2015. It was the 21st yearly session of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 11th session of the Conference of the Parties (CMP) to the 1997 Kyoto Protocol.

The conference negotiated the Paris Agreement, a global agreement on the reduction of climate change, the text of which represented a consensus of the representatives of the 196 parties attending it. The agreement will enter into force when joined by at least 55 countries which together represent at least 55 percent of global greenhouse emissions. On April 22, 2016 (Earth Day), 174 countries signed the agreement in New York, and began adopting it within their own legal systems (through ratification, acceptance, approval, or accession). COP21: The Red spots around the Yellow Spot Is At The Heart of The 2 Week Conference In Paris
The Earth's entire atmosphere currently contains a total of about 400 Parts Per Million (PPM) or 0.04% CO2 (a natural gas that is essential for Photosynthesis and life on the plant).
It is proposed that humans contribute to atmospheric CO2 content to the tune of 15 PPM or 0.0015% via their industrial activities which entail the burning of Hydrocarbons.

If true then the great majority of human contributions must be sequestered by natural eco system entropy because otherwise after 100 years of industrial civilization (today) the atmospheric content of human CO2 emissions should have reached 1500 ppm (15 x 100), but given that the difference between pre industrial age atmospheric CO2 and today's content is only about 100 PPM (300ppm in 1800s to 400ppm today), there is no scientific hypothesis that can stand true when it comes to proposing that the additional CO2 content in the atmosphere is due to human emissions and not natural variance.

That said, the CO2 content of the atmosphere is so seriously insignificant that even if each CO2 molecule were to have ten times the infrared absorption rate than observed in laboratory, it would still not have a realistic volume in the atmosphere of the planet to put a dent in its temperatures. (0.04%? You must be kidding).

The demonetization of the CO2 and holding it responsible for the climate's average temperature is therefore not even a logical proposition let alone a scientifically robust hypothesis.

For some community fun, can you spot human contributions of CO2 in this presentation?

What Real Scientists Say
#climatechange
To enhance UN-COP21 Paris Climate Summit...
...we will be highlighting what real scientists say about the nonsense of CO2 driven global warming/climate change, on a daily basis until the conclusion of this yet-again "climate" fraudsters gathering.
We would also like to invite and encourage our membership to do the same.
