Aaron Skonnard is the CEO of Pluralsight, a SaaS learning platform that delivers on-demand courses on leading technologies to businesses around the world. Aaron cofounded Pluralsight in 2004 and has since grown the company to nearly 500 employees and 800 expert authors. As CEO, Aaron focuses on business strategy, future direction, product development and strategic partnerships. On a day-to-day basis, he works closely with the entire executive team in different capacities, including recruiting, brand management, marketing, sales, feature planning and content acquisition.

Most widely known for his keen product development methodologies, Nate is obsessed with how products are built and the teamwork it takes to build them. As CXO, Nate has crafted an organization that is centered on user experience, and also created collaborative teams including: product managers, UX designers, analysts, and persona researchers.

A champion for data-driven marketing throughout her 20-year career, Heather has held executive marketing and product management positions at some of the world's largest enterprise technology companies. She most recently served as CMO of one of tech's fastest growing enterprise SaaS companies.

Passionate about building great teams and a predictable revenue engine, Joe brings more than 25 years of experience to Pluralsight and is responsible for revenue growth, customer acquisition and customer retention strategies.

Greg joined Pluralsight in April 2013 and has helped guide the company through seven acquisitions and two funding rounds, as well as growing the staff from 35-450+. Prior to Pluralsight, Greg was a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group of HGGC, a $1.1 billion middle-market private equity firm.

Anita oversees the entire employee journey, from recruiting and acquisition to employee growth and retention. Whether she’s negotiating better benefits or helping design workspaces to better serve Pluralsight’s teams, Anita loves creating an environment where people can do their best work.
