Just saw the NZ capital gains tax recommendations. Taxing IP and stock will decimate the already fragile NZ start up industry. NZ already has big problems around creating large valuable technology companies and this will not help.

I absolutely want the public to have a say. Just want them to know what they are voting for or against, what would a market look like? Who can sell it? Is it decriminalisation or legalisation? I am undecided about my vote in the referendum until I know the question

No. It would be a conscious vote and I think our MPs would vote differently. I haven’t made up my mind because I don’t know what I would be voting on.
