I see confusion about charges against Epstein. They’re federal, not state, charges which means 2 things: 1) Epstein is likely to face mandatory minimum of at least 10 years in prison (could be more) & 2) yes Trump could pardon him if he dares to pardon a child predator.

It appears that Epstein was arrested upon his arrival at Teterboro airport today. His plane records show he flew into Teterboro from Paris, were he had been vacationing since June 14.
