Very excited to see take over as Dean of . I don’t know anyone who thinks more intentionally about students or works harder to grow them even after they graduate. He deserves this so much and he will do a fantastic job!

Fantastic choice—an inspiring teacher who cares deeply about his students; a brilliant thinker and refreshingly original writer; and someone who knows how to build and run things. As an alum and ex adjunct, couldn't imagine a better choice for the school. Good luck, !

Hey , we read the story about the sailors on a US warship being ordered to hide from you because you’re triggered by the name on their hats. So we turned Madame Tussaud's into a giant USS John McCain baseball cap. Welcome to London!

Proof that the Acting Chief of Staff at the White House knows nothing about the chain of command, military discipline, or the apolitical nature of the armed forces. But I’m sure he prides himself on being “pro-military” - from a safe distance, of course.

What a great thing for SAIS students to do: helping to make others aware that a Hopkins education is possible no matter what your background. .

All of these are good. Just dropping in to say that most functional skills need not be taught separately. E.g. I know a bunch of former students of who included his historical memo writing exercises into their own (eventual) teaching.
