Look, there's not going to be a federal carbon tax. The fatal flaw of Trudeau's approach is that he's already acknowledged it can be done individually by the provinces. This will factor into the Ont & SK Courts of Appeal ruling in favour of provincial jurisdiction.

From : Unbelievable of Trudeau to use Cirillo's death as a prop for yet another pablum lecture about fear mongering and diversity.

This is really stooping to a new low. Trudeau uses the anniversary of the death of Nathan Cirillo to basically chastise Canadians for "fear mongering" about "diversity":

4 yrs ago today Corporal was shot & killed in cold blood, as he was guarding the tomb of the unknown soldier in our nation's capital. Please take a moment to share this message and to remember his service and humanity.

A lot of people are asking why the hell we even let ISIS fighters back into Canada in the first place. Good question. Here's an essay I wrote breaking down the current troubling state of affairs:

If the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal agrees to take up an ISIS fighter's case, that kangaroo court will be disbanded faster than you can say "Mark Steyn warned us."

To my delight, among a deluge of drab, tedious, and hateful bile fountaining endlessly from the aggrieved Twitter mob, at last: A reasonably clever jab. Amid a sea of mindless drones regurgitating each other's vomit, at least this jerk shows some originality. Kudos.

To be clear, this is a private member's bill but it's from a PC MPP. So there's a very good chance it will be adopted by the actual government.

The new September number is about the 2-year monthly average. This suggests that the problem isn't dying down as the Liberals claim, nor ramping up considerably as some experts feared. Instead, it looks like we're settling into a new normal of constant self-selected migration.

The latest numbers are in on illegal border crossings. And what they tell us is that this phenomenon is a constant, it's not going away anytime soon. My column:

That the 's Article 32 has incited such hoarse-throated imbecilities about Canadian “sovereignty” should tell you something about just how far the rot has spread since Jean Chretien first sleazebagged in Beijing nearly a quarter century ago.
