A6-2: Incarceration/detention has been the long standing tool used within white supremacy to dehumanize & destabilize communities of color—particularly Black communities. We are targeted, profiled & disproportionately penalized/sentenced.

The largest family detention camp in the country, at Dilley, TX, is just 40 miles from Crystal City, the “family reunification” camp where Issei men arrested by the FBI at the start of WWII were detained with their families after years of separation.
