It appears UCT has until May to rectify issues. Won't current students. Still waiting on UCT to issue a statement.

That was only issued in response to a report published in April where UCT were advised they were to be re-evaluated. The latest was 9 November

Apparently UCT no longer has accreditation for an LLB from the Council of Higher Education (CHE)

Overwhelming majority of Faculty Council members reject the tent as it is not conducive for an exam environment. Many students suffer from social anxieties such as mental health Agrostophobia (fear of grass) & Cynophobia (fear of dogs). 'venue is a triggering health hazard'
