nobody cares about war & aggression anymore. Hybrid means here 2 things:
1️⃣ it's not about tanks&troops only, but cyber, propaganda, meddling into elections;
2️⃣ no need 2 have common border with aggressor. Kremlin will hit you over the ocean!
