LloydsPharmacy has written to staff in six stores informing them that their stores are “at risk of closing”. Despite the serious implications for the workers concerned, the company has refused collective Trade Union representation.

The Labour Court case against LloydsPharmacy scheduled for today has been temporarily postponed. The hearing will proceed as planned on another date and Mandate will issue a notification in advance
