LAST ONE: dog-friendly Shoreditch/Moorgate? (Flat Iron was a great rec thanks - obviously I thoroughly disapprove of those heaters while sitting underneath them with my coat off)

There are a few out there but I think the problem is they go out of date so quickly. We need an app I think (again I have a few but the coverage is spottier than a Dalmatian)

Oddly I find London much easier than other places with a dog - many shops etc don’t bat an eyelid. The H&S excuse annoys me tho: fine if they don’t want dogs, but be honest about it!

OUTSIDE?? That is ā€œdog toleratingā€. But ta, sounds a good bet, maybe somewhere will be nice enough to let the impeccably mannered beast in

I feel like this is 90% of my twitter feed but can anyone recommend a quickish dog-friendly lunch spot near Borough (Southwark Bridge side), preferably one that won’t be rammed full of Christmas drunks? (ie all pubs). Thank you!!

My thoughts are VERY positive. Solider the better. Though as I always make a Christmas cake instead I never buy it, which feels like a mistake I could easily rectify tomorrow

Restaurant or Kent people (or both ) — anyone know any restaurants in the Folkestone area who might be looking for experienced FOH staff? Trying to help out with a good Christmas deed!

Apart from the immediate recession. I like the idea that leaving the EU is the option that won’t cause ā€œirreparable damageā€

The big ones do I think. I've only got Feta in at the moment so I'm not going to try...

Sue this is the most important poll in Britain right now. Stop trying to stick a spanner in the wheels of democracy.

honestly, if it's one of those etched rather than pressed ones (i.e. Microplane) do it - they never go blunt, and are excellent for shredding your knuckles.

I HAVE A MICROPLANE BOX GRATER. Stick that in your sceptical pipe and smoke it (NB probably won't light)

IMPORTANT NEWS OF THE DAY. (What the hell do you use that other side for? It's too vicious for zesting citrus, and quite large for nutmeg)
