I still do not have this resolved. I have a recording with the representative ensuring me not credit inquiry will be done but it was done. No one seems to be able to resolve it and remove the inquiry. happy to send you recording.

no it went through new applications even b/c an additional cardholder addition. I gave the name and said submit, which I have done before and never had a hard inquiry done. There was no indication one would be done this time. I would not have submitted had I known there would be.

Thanks. I had a hard inquiry done without my knowledge when I wasn’t applying for new credit. asked to have it removed and representative said he could do nothing. He repeated the line that he understood my perspective without resolving the issue.
