فاستقلال السلطة القضائية و حماية الدستور أساس لحماية أصوات الناخبين، وعلى الكيانات السياسية ان تتعاون مترفعة عن مصالحها الفئوية لتصويب العملية الانتخابية بدون تباطؤ درءاً لأي فراغ دستوري قد يودي بالبلد الى أزمة أعمق واخطر.
