Hon. of concluded by reminding that an optimal database that has all characteristics and reliable variables was important to easily recover loans. He also called for stringent measures to disburse funds on time.

Hon. : This exercise is continuing and has given us a good picture in terms of students coming back and working for private & Public institutions. We shall continuously improve this database so that we track it several years back.

Hon. : Let me take this opportunity to thank institutions, Esp. leaders who supported this effort as it shows that a big proportion of students abroad are actually coming back and working in . Some even having the intention to go back for higher degrees.

Hon. : Within the last 5 years many students have come back home and are working in the country’s Dvl't programs. In the recent few months, we have gathered and categorized a database of thousands of ongoing students to orientate them and facilitate loan recovery
