What is a Site?
Gleam works on the concept of sites, we allow you to keep data from each site separate from one another. Sites can have custom branding & other features.
Can I Embed on Facebook?
Absolutely, every plan provides support to install directly to any Facebook tab. Only one tab can be active at any one time.
What currency do you charge in?
Currency will depend on your location. If you are in Australia we charge in AUD (plus GST), if you are outside Australia then by default we charge in USD.
Can I Try For Free?
When you signup you can choose our Free Plan which allows you to run unlimited competitions with some limited features & user data.
Do You Offer a PAYG option?
We don't charge per campaign, but you are completely free to signup & downgrade your plan as you need. For example you could signup as a business for 2 months, then downgrade to Pro or Free. It's up to you.
What Happens if I Change Plan?
If you upgrade mid month your new plan will begin immediately, if you downgrade then your current plan will continue until your anniversary date.
