• The working group resolved on 2016-09-23 (https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/2016-09-23-minutes#Pubsubhubbub) to publish the Editor's Draft as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) with the name "PubSub" (shortname: "pubsub")
