Retargeting of #1211

RDFa output on term pages:
1. Removed whitespace from rdfs:label of term
2. Correctly reference supertype in rdfs:subClassOf
3. Include schema:domainIncludes for class property descriptions
4. Fix invalid RDFa for supersedes and supersededBy statements
5. Fix invalid RDFa for DataType page
6. Fix broken breadcrumb display for datatypes
