Second release of FullPageOS

This release makes FullPageOS much more usable, its success mostly created a lot of new bug reports because people are actually using FullPageOS.

Features:

• Better handling of Chromium boot
• New version of chromium 51.0.2704.79
• Ships FullPageDashboard
• Ships with per-coninfigured lighttpd webserver
• New Raspbian Jessie Lite version 2016-05-10 with RaspberryPi 3
• VNC is enabled by default (user pass is raspberry)
• Dropped support for RaspberryPi 1/Zero/B+
• Added welcome page
• Cursor is now hidden after boot
• Fixed wifi network file #10
