I am a pending changes reviewer (since September) and come across vandalism quite frequently (and occasionally identify serial vandalism when I look at user contributions during the reviewing process). As such, I learned to distinguish between unconstructive vandalism and edits that shouldn't be reverted using standard rollback, so I now feel confident enough in that regard to request this user right. I watch over historical articles and remove unsourced content(which sometimes is vandalism). I have been a wikipedia since a year and am an extended confirmed users. I also use twinkle for this.
