Vivid dream

A vivid dream is any dream or nightmare which one remembers after awakening.[1] These dreams can be detailed and are often caused by awakening during the dream.[2] Lucid dreams are often vivid.[3] Vivid dreams are accompanied by rapid eye movement.[4]
