At the core of Ember is a high quality digital projector designed for 3D printing.

Resolution: 13.7 billion voxels in the build volumeThe light engine uses a TI DLP® digital micromirror device (DMD). Designed for industrial precision and high resolution, the DMD contains over 1 million mirrors spaced 7.6 microns apart in a compact footprint.

Accuracy: All glass opticsThe light engine optics are all glass. Designed to be highly accurate, efficient and to perform consistently at 405nm with no degradation.

Precision: Designed and built by ExpertsPrecision industrial digital projectors are complex. That’s why we worked with a TI Authorized DLP Design House to design and build a high-quality system from the ground up.

Reliability: High-power LED that lastsThe light engine use a high-power 405nm LED that has a life span of 20,000 hours.

Ember’s mechanics are designed to minimise the forces exerted on the part during printing, which allows for fine detail parts to be produced.
