To run desktop sharing, you need to have Java installed. You can test your Java setup using Java Test Page. If the test applet runs, you should be able to run BigBlueButton’s desktop sharing applet.
If the test applet does not run, try installing or upgrading to the latest version of Java.
Use PDF files when uploading presentations for best results.
Use a headset with your computer or at a minimum, use ear buds.
Collaborate with other users by sharing your desktop, webcam, audio or chat conversation.
