Time for some water time on Colorado river. Very peaceful and far from civilization.
Sometimes the best kind of tea is honey with hot water. Mmmm
Best healthy granola you know that doesn’t have sugar?
Kofa Wildlife Refuge is a land of many colors. When the sun is close to setting, those colors pop outside the starkness of daylight.
It’s why it’s my favorite time of the day for a long wandering afoot.

Thorny skies shift into hues

Vibrant colors come to life…

…lighting up the desert flora

Then the moon emerges from sun kissed mountains

Soon she brings her own pale colors… and a good night to all.

Time to take my usual sunset walk through Kofa wildlife refuge…
Numinous beings stand tall in the desert

Climbing up I see a well worn trail to a small cave. Is there a monk within? And is there room for one more?

View from the top of my climb. So worth it.

As the sun falls it lights up the wash one last time

On the way back, I turn and give a last look to my beloved and see the moon gracing it.
