What info is shown on your profile
Your profile contains information that introduces you to others on Airbnb. This information varies whether you’re a host, guest or both.
What host info is shared
- First name. This will be your preferred first name, or business name, if you have added one. If not, this is the legal first name on your account.
- Years being a host on Airbnb
- Average star rating
- If your account information has been confirmed, like your identity or email
- Reviews by guests
- Reviews you have left
- Whether you’re a Host Advisory Board member
- Whether you’re an Airbnb.org supporter
- Whether you’re a Superhost
What guest info is shared
- First name. This will be your preferred first name, if you have added one. If not, this is the legal first name on your account.
- Years of being on Airbnb
- If your account information has been confirmed, like your identity or email
- Reviews by hosts
- Reviews you made about stays
Optional info in your profile
Optional information you can choose to provide on your profile includes:
- Your photo
- Answers to profile questions, like languages spoken and where you live
- An introduction
- Your interests
- Your travel history, shown as travel stamps
Keep your profile current
It’s always a good idea to make sure your profile is up-to-date with info you’re comfortable sharing. For hosts of Rooms, updating your profile also helps to keep your Host Passport fresh.
