Add guest names and email addresses to your Experience reservation
When you add guest names and email addresses to your reservation, your guests will get an email invitation with info on how to prepare (and get excited for) their upcoming Experience.
If you’d like to change the number of guests on your Experience reservation, find out how to change your reservation.
Add guest info to an Experience reservation
Add guest info on desktop
- Click Trips and click the Experience you want to change
- Under Reservation details, click Manage guests
- Add your guest’s name and email address, and click Invite
- Click Done

- Tap Trips
and tap the Experience you want to change - Under Reservation details, tap Manage guests
- Tap Invite and add your guest’s name and email address
- Tap Send Invite

- Add your guest’s name and email address, and tap Invite
- Tap Done

- Under Reservation details, click Manage guests
- Click Remove and confirm

- Under Reservation details, tap Manage guests
- Tap Remove and confirm
