It’s nice to know who to expect when welcoming people into your place.
Make having a profile photo a requirement to book
Add a profile photo requirement on desktop
- Click Listings and select the listing you want to change
- Under Listing editor, click Edit preferences
- Click Guest requirements
- Click to enable Require a profile photo, then click Save

- Tap to enable Require a profile photo, then tap Save

Keep in mind: Profile photos aren’t displayed until after the booking is confirmed.
If a guest’s photo doesn’t include their face, or it features something unhelpful—like a cartoon—you can contact us to cancel without fees or other consequences.
