What happens to the coupon you used if your Host cancels

Your Host canceled your reservation, but you'd like to use that coupon again. Find out how it works.

Coupon you used is refunded if your Host cancels before check-in

If your Host cancels a reservation in which you used a coupon, your coupon code will remain active and can be used toward another reservation, as long as it is still within the original expiration date. If your coupon has already expired, it can't be used again.

If you received a new coupon because of the Host cancellation

You can’t apply more than one coupon at a time, so if you received an additional coupon because of the cancellation but want to use your original coupon to book a new place, you may need to remove the new coupon on the checkout page first.
