How messaging works when you use Airbnb for Work

If you booked a business travel reservation for a work colleague, both of you will be added to the message thread with the host to keep everyone in the loop about questions and reservation details.

Messages before and after the reservation

Any previous message history between the host and business traveler remains private and not visible to anyone else.

For privacy reasons, we’ll remove the travel admin or trip planner from the message thread 8 days after the date of checkout, date of cancellation, or pending status expires.
