Amazon Marketplace seller Olga Kay’s path to entrepreneurship was anything but typical. She was born in a tiny village in Crimea, and at the age of 14, joined the circus, traveling all over Russia and becoming an expert juggler. At 16 she came to the U.S. to perform with Ringling Brothers. She ended up in L.A., landing pretty much any audition for “juggler” in national commercials. Around this time, YouTube became a phenomenon, and Olga developed a YouTube personality. She saw her peers monetizing this new form of celebrity, and she did the same with shoes and other gear, eventually landing on a characteristically unique product: socks with ears, dubbed MooshWalks.
