The FFXIV videos are titled using the following convention:
FFXIV [Patch Number] [Episode Number] [Section: e.g. Relic/Seasonal/Story] [Title]

As I have add all Patch numbers to every video you can use it as a point of reference to see how old content on the channel is, but also if you are curious you can look back through Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn's content in case you came in long after launch.
