  9. When stressed, I may neglect the good practices I teach. I try to notice why, then fix the stressor AND work on the good habit.

  10. Whether in health or leadership, good behaviors can be hard to maintain under pressure. That's why it's important to turn them into habits.

  12. Your project might be 100% of your attention, but it's maybe 5% of a stakeholder's. Communicate accordingly: restate context, goals, etc.

  13. You can interpret a stakeholder's reaction as being about you...but it's more likely that they are distracted or just want to feel heard.

  33. The artifact is not the important part of creating personas. Shared understanding of user needs is the real deliverable. Focus on that.
