    STATEMENT | Equal Education and have secured a recommendation for a Constitutional amendment to better protect learners’ rights! Constitutional Review Committee has adopted our submission's recommendations.

    According to : 51% of women in Gaza Strip are subjected to domestic violence and 10.2% of women in West Bank and 14.9 % in Gaza strip have been sexually assaulted. There are no specific laws in the OPT that protect women against domestic and sexual violence.

    Housing is a human right! This is why on we have occupied Rondebosch golf course. This land is owned by the city and is leased to the golf club for R1000 a yea a year! It is the size of 45 rugby fields. We say this land should be used for housing!
