Everything is back to normal. Root cause was a network incident in our underlying OpenStack cloud infrastructure.

We are experiencing issue with a message broker and certain functionality is right now not available. We are working on fixing it ASAP.

Service incident: File upload/download are currently not working due to the CERN storage cluster being unavailable.

Resolved - service is fully restored and file upload/download is working again.

Storage backend is partially coming back online.

Problem is caused by the storage backend which is currently unavailable.

We are experience issues since 18.25 with file uploads and downloads and are investigating the issue.

We will have reduced support over Christmas (Dec 19 - Jan 4). In the new year we will get back to you as fast as possible.
