    A clarification on a figure I mangled earlier - it's not that 2 trains a week run without an OBS, it's that a passenger requires assistance on an unstaffed train about two times a week (regardless of whether there's platform staff to help them). Sorry for the error.

    In context: 24/214 Southern stations unstaffed, ~2 trains a week run without OBS. BUT new inclusive transport strategy stops short of giving disabled passengers a right to turn up and go without pre-booking assistance
