With appropriate CSS and modules, decent conversations are possible. Not every wiki has to define a pattern language or look like an encyclopedia.

Multilingual

Mixing several languages on a wiki is no problem with simple heuristics to determine the languages on a page and filtering search results by language.

Self-Organization

Traditional sites use category pages and manually written sitemaps and forward indexes.
