Omarosa gained some weight over the weekend ... with a fat rock. She's engaged!

John Allen Newman proposed to Omarosa Sunday in front of his congregation at The Sanctuary @ Calvary Church in Jacksonville, FLA ... a churchgoer who witnessed the proposal tells TMZ. 

He's a pastor there ... so cross off finding a place and a minister from the to-do list.

Omarosa -- also an assistant pastor at Weller Street Baptist Church in L.A. -- met John when she was teaching at Howard University ... and we're told they've dated less than a year. 

Congrats!

Stabler was the LAST person to win the belt -- following his spectacular '76 season in which he led the Oakland Raiders to a Super Bowl victory.  

Previous winners include Muhammad Ali, O.J. Simpson, Joe Namath, Jim Brown and Sandy Koufax (he won twice). 

Stabler's belt was displayed at the University of Alabama for years -- but now, it's up for grabs through Pristine Auction. 

Starting bid -- $20,000 ... but the auction house believes the materials are worth $180,000 alone!

One unlucky Grammy celeb was supposed to get draped in $15 million worth of Chopard jewelry -- but got stiffed when a delivery guy went rogue and lost all the loot ... according to a new lawsuit. 

The Swiss watchmaker and jewelry company says it hired Ferrari Express, Inc. -- no relation to the sports cars -- to transport and safeguard the merchandise back in February ... on the night before the Grammys.

According to the lawsuit, Ferrari's guy decided to take a very costly detour. Chopard says he allegedly brought the van home and parked it on the street -- WITH $15 MILLION in jewels still inside -- in a neighborhood where "vehicle thefts are common."

Genius.

Naturally, the van and all its contents were gone in the morning. Chopard says Ferrari Express refuses to pay up, so it's suing for the $15 million and then some.  

Major bummer for some celeb though.

Ric Flair ain't the only DIAMOND RING WEARING person in his life -- the wrestling legend just popped the question to his longtime GF ... and she said YES! 

The 67-year-old superstar is now officially engaged to his former WCW manager Wendy Barlow -- aka Fifi the Maid -- this according to our friends at Pro Wresling Sheet.

It'll be Flair's 5th marriage. His 4th wife pulled the plug on their relationship back in 2012.

Barlow has already been showing off the ring ... and there's only one word to describe the massive rock ... WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

He may not be married, but Emmanuel Sanders says he has a "Til Death Do Us Part" relationship with a ring ... the one he got after the Super Bowl ... 'cause he NEVER takes it off. 

The Denver Broncos wide receiver hit 1 OAK in Hollywood after the ESPYs -- wearing his precious -- when we asked if he got Peyton Manning a retirement gift.

Shemar left the show last year, but sources on set tell us he surprised his old cast and crew by showing up this week with 379 Swiss made Fortis watches. Each one has his initials and "always on time" stamped on the face -- a clear nod to Shemar NEVER being on time. 

They ain't cheap -- a regular Fortis costs anywhere between $600 to $1500, but maybe he got a deal for buying in bulk.

Sean Kingston is pointing the finger squarely at Penthouse Nightclub for allowing its security to beat his butt and jack his pricey chains ... so claims the singer in a new lawsuit.

Kingston says security at the WeHo club was involved in orchestrating the assault in which someone yanked the chains off his neck ... totaling $300k.

Kingston says he was in the VIP section when security told him another VIP guest wanted to talk to him. When he approached the other guest, he says he was assaulted, punched and beaned with a champagne bottle. 

As TMZ reported ... cops were called to the venue but everyone involved had already skedaddled.

Kingston is suing Penthouse Nightclub for $900k minimum.

We reached out to Penthouse ... so far no word back.

2 Chainz is a ring fan ... so much so he rewarded a fan with cash when she found the missing bling.

The rapper performed Thursday night at Club La Vela in Panama City Beach, Florida and showed fan appreciation by spraying the crowd with water. Check out the vid ... it appears 2 Chainz's ring flies off his finger.

You can see staff and fans search for the jewelry ... when a girl pops up with the ring, flags down the rapper and returns it. For her honesty, we're told 2 Chainz handed over $200.

Amber Rose just dropped the kinda cash rappers blow on one night in a strip club but, with all due respect to strippers -- what she bought shines way more than ass. 

Amber went shopping for some new bling and decided on a baller pair of round diamond earrings from Eric the Jeweler. Eric -- who has also laced up Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown and French Montana -- tells us Amber went BIG for her first purchase from him. Each stud is 1.5 carats for a total price tag of $20k! 

Amber just settled her divorce with Wiz ... so she had a little extra pocket change.

How do you LOSE a gaudy $500,000 diamond ring? Ask Nick Young ... 

The NBA star hit up The Nice Guy in WeHo Tuesday night -- along with his Lakers teammate Jordan Clarkson -- when we asked what he did with the engagement ring he got back from Iggy Azalea. 

His response? He "lost" it ... to collect the insurance money! 

Clearly, he's joking ... wonder if Iggy's laughing? 

Sean Kingston's got an accessories problem ... someone straight up yanked a $300k chain off his neck ... so claims the singer.

Two suspects approached Sean inside Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in L.A. and somehow the altercation turned physical ... they began punching him before one forcibly took the pricey chain -- this according to the police report.

By the time cops arrived Sean and the 2 suspects had split. We're told someone from Sean's camp filed a police report, and an investigation will be launched.

First his watch ... now this.

Iggy Azalea drives a hard bargain ... she's also now driving a 1962 Impala that Nick Young has given her as a parting gift.

We've learned that Iggy and Nick struck a deal ... he gets the engagement ring back and she gets the car she had given him for Xmas. 

Here's the breakdown ... the ring is 10.43 carats, and reportedly valued at half a mil.  

As for the whip ... a '62 Impala is a classic ... a cherry one can go for as much as $100k. 

It sounds like Nick made off like a bandit, but here's the twist. In California, and most states, an engagement ring is a gift in contemplation of marriage and if the nuptials never happen, the ring -- by law -- goes back to him.

As for the Impala, it was not tied to the marriage -- it was a Christmas gift -- so he did not have to give it back.   

Now you know, Nick ... for next time.

Remember those guys who roughed up Steve Francis and then jacked his chain at a Houston rap show last year??? 

Well, Steve Francis sure does ... and just implied that the perps got some sort of comeuppance ... and it sounds scary as hell. 

Francis spoke with SlamOnline and was asked about the incident, which was captured on video and posted by TMZ Sports. 

His response -- "Ask the people who touched me how they feel."

Yikes. 

As we previously reported, the chain was eventually recovered thanks to some help from rap mogul J. Prince ... one of the most powerful, well-respected names in Houston. 

Moral of the story ... Leave Steve Francis' chain alone!!!
