Chris Cornell just got his hands on the mastertapes for his legendary grunge album -- featuring Soundgarden and Pearl Jam members -- and it only took him 25 years to do it.

We're told Cornell and his label, A&M Records, recently settled a bitter, drawn-out lawsuit over the "Temple of the Dog" recordings. Chris and A&M actually got the physical tapes back on Tuesday ... ending the battle with the album's producer, Rick Parashar. 

Parashar had kept the 1991 masters -- which are iconic since the band's one and only self-titled record featured Cornell, Eddie Vedder and future Soundgarden and Pearl Jam members.

When Parashar died his family continued to fight A&M for ownership, but with the settlement ... Cornell finally celebrated with a victory photo.

We're told the label's looking to reissue the album for the 25th anniversary.

Pink and Carey Hart must be crazy, because they're determined to sell their piece of paradise.

The couple has listed the Point Dume estate in Malibu for $12,995,000. It's more than 7,400 square feet, with 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. They tried selling it last year for $13,995,000, but no takers. So now it's a bargain.

A source tells TMZ the newly-engaged couple met with celebrity jeweler Nick Bhindi to pick out his ... and hers Rolexes. Rob opted for a gold GMT Master 2, which is no longer in production, meaning it's worth a bunch. Chyna walked away with 2 rose gold watches. 

We're told Rob's was the priciest at around $150,000, and Chyna's diamond-encrusted Rolie was $90k. Her diamond-free one was a far more reasonable $35k.

Marcia Clark thinks Robert Shapiro is taking credit for Johnnie Cochran's trial-turning O.J. Simpson glove demo.

We got Marcia leaving Fox Studios in NYC Wednesday and asked about Shapiro's claim on Megyn Kelly's special that he's the one who concocted the scheme for O.J. to try on the glove, after putting it on his own hand.

Marcia says it was Johnnie's idea. She also takes issue with the notion a key piece of evidence was lying around the courtroom for anyone to try on.

Ancient buildings have sprung up on the Ireland set of "Star Wars: Episode VIII" -- the same location where Rey tracked down Luke at the end of 'The Force Awakens.'

The 'Star Wars' supernerds (relax, we mean it lovingly) have already confirmed the name of the planet is "Ahch-To" ... and it IS where the first Jedi temple is located in 'Star Wars' mythology. 

So, are we finally gazing at Jedi holy ground? It's possible ... then again, we can't really be sure. 

Whatever it is ... it's 'Star Wars' and it's awesome! 

T-Pain's a serious gamer, but totally bows down to Lil Wayne and Birdman, who used to turn gaming into hardcore gambling ... according to the singer.

T-Pain was live streaming his own game of 'Doom' on Twitch ... when he spilled some tea about Weezy and Birdman's days playing 'Madden' when they were all in the studio.

Ali Vincent won 'BL' season 5 -- and recently gained all her pre-show weight back.

But unlike Suzanne Mendonca and others, Ali says her weight gain was her own fault and she's working hard on her own to get it off.

As for the class action lawsuit Mendonca says she's filing ... Ali calls it "preposterous." She had other choice words for 'BL' haters.
